Choi Chun Hei Jacky is a Hong Kong–based video creator and emerging film director. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Creative Media from City University of Hong Kong, and is a recipient of the CityUHK Dean’s Scholarships and the One Cool Scholarships for Film Studies.

He has directed three short films and a music video, including the government-funded short film Koel, selected for the 13th Microfilm Production Support Scheme (Music), Tier 1.

With hands-on experience in cinematography, editing, colour grading, and sound design, Jacky approaches filmmaking with a holistic understanding of the production pipeline, enabling him to move fluidly between creative vision and practical execution.
